Melinda McNeal

Melinda McNeal, EdD is a certified special education teacher who created inclusion programs for children with ADHD and other disabilities in the PA public school system. She began her teaching career as a Health Instructor at Iowa State University and Northern Illinois University before switching disciplines to get certified in elementary and special education. She worked as an adjunct professor in the special education department at Immaculata University where she earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership.

A perpetual student who loves the challenge of learning and creating new things, Melinda retired after 25 years in teaching and created 'Hey, You!'. The company creates at-home solutions for task completion for children with ADHD using songs that coach the children through daily routines.
