First, take a deep breath, and let it out. Congratulations for being honest with yourself! Awareness is the first step to create any kind of substantial change! So, this is where you are RIGHT NOW. Remember this: wherever you are, it's not a permanent condition (yes, sorry, that includes you Conscious Parents out there!). We fall into styles of behavior based on our own beliefs and experiences. Here's the great news: that means we can CHANGE our behaviors! That's where Coaching can be really helpful. Once we become aware of the change we'd like to see, we can use the tools in coaching to actually get us to where we want to go. And the best part is that, when you help yourself, your kids benefit – big time! So, what can you do from here? Well, you can do nothing. That's a choice you can absolutely make. But if you are ready to make some changes, if you want things to be better – then here are some options that might guide you best./div>
