Know Your Limits

This week is a crazy one for me – I’m volunteering at girl scout day camp and still trying to keep up with my work and family in the evenings.  When things get busier, the most important thing can be to pay close attention to how you feel, both physically and mentally.  Know when you are reaching that point where you’re about to boil over and take some action to let off the steam.  Take some time for yourself, and do a little something to take care of you.

I’m going to lead by example.  Heading out to the deck for another cup of coffee with mother nature…
